September Anniversary Celebration
As a huge thank you to our donors and our fabulous WJUSD staff, WEF is hosting it's 15 year anniversary celebration on September 11th at the Winters Opera House, 13 Main Street from 4 pm to 6 pm. All donors and staff members are welcome to join us for a complimentary glass of wine and small bites. Come and meet your WEF board as we celebrate 15 years of supporting our schools.

BIG DAY OF GIVING IS A BIG DEAL FOR WEF AND FOR OUR STUDENTS!

As our major fundraiser, WEF relies on your generous donations during the Big Day of Giving event each year. Your support has a direct impact in our schools. Your generous donations in 2023, allowed WEF to distribute over $20000 in mini grants to our schools to support expanded educational offerings. And though we were thrilled to offer these grants the need indicated by grant requests was over $40,000! As a board we had some very difficult decisions to make. This fall WEF will again be distributing mini grants and we know the need will again be great. So although Big Day of Giving 2024 is in the books but you can give anytime and support our mission.

If you would like your donation to go towards our endowment fund please make note in the comment section when you donate, donations will otherwise be placed in our grant program fund.
